How long have you been an IndiePro member?
I enrolled in December 2023, but I only started using the CRM and all the tools provided by Indepreneur in May-June. I also enrolled into the IndieFounder program, and had 9 months of meetings with Ande Hunter Jimenez, who patiently showed me all the possibilities and the strategies available for an independent musician.

Please give us a brief overview of your activity and progress since joining IndiePro?
Since I started working with Ande Hunter Jimenez and using the tools included in the CRM, my contact list has expanded from 300 to more than 800. My ads have become more efficient, and many more people are attending the concerts. The F+SH generated revenue and has driven people to my shows. I have learnt a lot about Email marketing and how to nurture your fanbase through more efficient email use. My followers on both Facebook and Instagram have increased by more than 500 (each), and the subscribers on my YouTube Channel have gone from 2000 to 14000 and are still growing steadily. None of those numbers would have been possible without the help of all the people at Indiepreneur.

Please describe your growth, achievements, and success, over the last 12 months:
Over the last 12 months, I have seen significant growth across several aspects of my career. I've successfully launched several revenue-generating assets, such as my FSH funnel, digital transcriptions, and targeted email campaigns. These initiatives have expanded my audience, increased engagement, and created a stable revenue stream that allows me to continue producing new music.

I've also refined my marketing strategies, ensuring they remain aligned with current trends, which has enabled me to reinvest strategically in my music and brand. Some quick numbers: - FB Followers: from 950 to 1500+ - Instagram Followers from 800 to 1400+ - YouTube Subs from 2000 to 14300+ - F+SH: generated $900+ in 5 weeks (I paused it now due to Black Friday) - Many transcriptions sold, including the ones promoted through the Black Friday Campaign. - I acquired three new students in my private music class. - I noticed a spike in the audience numbers at my concerts, with people coming to say hello at the end, telling me they are either customers of my F+SH or followers of the Jazz Transcription Clinic Podcast. The following screenshot is from someone who bought everything available through my F+SH (the free CD, the Bump product, and the upsell and downsell).

Yesterday, he came to my performance in Brisbane (it was my first time there) and brought several other people to the show. This is a big result for me, considering that I had never played in Brisbane before.

Lastly, please tell us why you think you should be a finalist for the Breakout Indie Award:
I believe I should be a finalist for the Breakout Indie Award because, over the past 12 months, I've successfully implemented innovative strategies to grow my audience, expand revenue, and deepen fan engagement.

Through my FSH funnel, digital product launches, and high-impact email campaigns, I've created a sustainable and scalable model to reinvest in my music and break new ground as an independent artist. This growth has positioned me to make a lasting impact in the music community.
