Please give us a brief overview of the Introduction Phase of your Buddy system:
I've been running some form of introduction campaign since October 2022. From October 2022 - spring 2024, I ran a very successful intro video views ad campaign for my song, "Bet on Zero." Starting in August 2024, I began running a F+SH funnel for my band's latest album, "The Age of Misinformation." The audience that I built with my video views campaign was vital training for this funnel, and Facebook was able to use that data to fine tune the audience for this introduction.
Please give us a brief overview of the Education Phase of your Buddy system:
I have a weekly posting social media strategy in which I post every Monday on Facebook and Instagram. I'm also constantly engaging with fans, responding to comments on posts and inviting people who like and share my posts to follow my page. My website is well-organized and contains several calls to action on the home page, including a link to a permission offer to join my email list.
Please give us a brief overview of the Permission Phase of your Buddy system:
I have a website form in 2 locations which includes an enticing offer for people to join my email list: I give subscribers a free download of a live EP and throw in a bonus rare demo track as well. Additionally, people who purchase anything on my website or F+SH funnel are added to my email list.
Please give us a brief overview of the Nurturing Phase of your Buddy system:
I send out a weekly newsletter to my email subscribers. I have a high open rate (usually 40%) and a lot of engagement, with several fans emailing me and commenting on how much they enjoy my content.
Please give us a brief overview of the Affirmation Phase of your Buddy system:
I run offers to my email subscribers once a month. Because it's easy to create sales funnels with FunnelKit, I create 1 page sales funnels for all of my offers. I'm still fine-tuning the offers, but I'm starting to notice traction (got my first offer purchases this week!).
Please give us a brief overview of the Ascension Phase of your Buddy system:
I have a custom series of ascension offers for my email subscribers that are based on the albums they've purchased from me. My goal is for every fan to purchase all of my albums and then purchase merchandise as well.
Please give us a brief overview of the Referral Phase of your Buddy system:
At the moment, most of my referrals have been passive, however, I get a lot of them on social media because fans have responded so positively to my music and branding. As I grow my fan base, I'll be looking at strategies for more active referrals.
Please describe your growth, achievements, and success, over the last 12 months:
I went from an average of 1 sale every 3 months to over 400 sales in 4 months thanks to my F+SH campaign. Many are repeat customers with a high number of upsells. My PSM is 0.9, which means I'm close to break even. I'm working on strategies to improve my LTV since my COSGS are low. I can't tell you how exciting it is to see this growth! I've gained hundreds of email subscribers as well. A few months ago, I had 300 subscribers. Now I have 850. I've been sticking to a regular content generating schedule that's generating a lot of interest and goodwill from fans.

How many people have you seen increase their sales by 10,000% in 4 months? That's insane growth that I achieved by implementing all the lessons of Indepreneur. Anyone who has met me in the community knows that I walk the walk and talk the talk.
